Favorite board game: Rummicube since I was five – and the obsession with strategy has not stopped since. 

Professional endgame: Stop designing market research and let customers design solutions.

Ray is a career consultant and market researcher with over a decade of experience in the life sciences. After starting his career with ZS and managing Merck & Co.’s HIV pipeline and franchise market research globally, Ray turned his focus to boutique consulting and startups. These experiences were the impetus for establishing Veritas est in 2021.

Along the way, he has had the opportunity to contribute to or launch many blockbuster products and also lead several market research agency of record engagements.

Ray holds a BS of Finance and a BA of Political Science from Rutgers University. If he isn’t in the back room or elbow deep in data, he is typically scuba diving, playing basketball, or hanging out with his wife, son, and dog.

Kerri has nearly 20 years of strategic marketing experience working in the life sciences. Throughout her career, Kerri has worked diligently to help manufacturers and stakeholders make informed decisions. Having spent over 13 years with KantarHealth, she had the opportunity to lead market research initiatives with big and small companies across countless categories.

She values keeping research simple and keeping the customer at the center, from the way research is designed to actionable recommendations.
Kerri holds a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University and an MBA in Marketing and Global Sustainability from Fordham University.

When she’s not in the office you can find her running, reading, golfing (poorly) or more likely, cheering her kids on from a youth sport sideline alongside her husband and labradoodle.
